These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services (“Services”) made available by Auckland Professional Movers and its affiliates (collectively, “Auckland Professional Movers”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Use of Services Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. Our invoice is at 80% of the completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon by Auckland Professional Movers. Any accounts that remain outstanding for 15 days after the date of the invoice will be subject to a late fee equal to the lesser of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per week or the maximum rate permitted by law.

3. Cancellation and Refunds If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled move, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled move, we will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. Auckland Professional Movers reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason. In the event that we cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full.

4. Liability Auckland Professional Movers is not liable for any damage to or loss of your property during the move. We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that your property is handled carefully and arrives at its destination safely, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. It is your responsibility to purchase appropriate insurance coverage for your property. Auckland Professional Movers is not responsible for any damages resulting from your failure to provide accurate information or comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the courts located in New Zealand and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

6. Changes to Agreement We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You should review these terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Services after we have posted modified terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those modified terms and conditions.

7. The price mentioned in our website is excluded of  GST
